By now, most of you would have heard of the famous Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm (and it's super long name) and how good it is. The reviews are not hyped, this really is a holy grail product.

I first bought this back in February 2014 as a special birthday present to myself. After reading many reviews on how amazing it was, I decided I just had to treat my poor parched skin to some expensive but worth while skincare. I managed to find a special offer over at QVC (alas, they do no longer seem to sell the size I bought or offer the smaller one at a competitive price) but it was £56.00 for 200ml pot which also included two of the Emma Hardie branded cleansing cloths. My mother thought I was crazy for spending so much money but I just blagged about how good other people said it was.

I gave it a go for a few days and I didn't really understand it or see any benefits from using it. I then decided to just put it aside and realise I'd wasted money but would still use it up over time. It wasn't until I found the Emma Hardie 'Masterclass Video' which helps explain how to use the product and the benefits of removing it correctly, that I started to have a love affair with this wonder balm.

You need hardly any product to get all of your makeup off and the super rich oily balm just melts away all traces of makeup but does not leave your face oily. It can be used as a dual use makeup remover as it's super gentle on your eyes too which I love, two birds with one stone. The oils in the balm actually leave your skin feeling really moisturised and help banish dirt and grim. I particularly love this product when my skin is having a bit of a melt down as it seems to rid my face of any imperfections and spots and just helps give my complexion a boost. Makeup seems to glide on so much easier and I actually use less foundation and concealer as the overall look of my skin is just 100% better. The 200ml pot actually lasted me around 7-8 months and the littler 100ml pots can last between 3-4 months depending on how often you find yourself using it. I use this at least 3 times a week after my 12.5 shifts working as an NA and use it on most other days I wear makeup. When I'm not wearing any makeup for a few days, I find I only need to use it once or twice in that time just to perk my skin up.
