It's very rare myself and my partner Ashley actually get a day to do things together and get out of the house. So last Sunday we decided it was time to have a little dinner date out and headed for one of our favourites spots to eat, Yo Sushi. I didn't want to overdress for a simple dinner daytime out so just decided to style up something a little more casual in a way I had not tried before. By keeping the outfit all black and white, it allowed me to focus on a few little accessories to make the outfit pop. We tested out one of my old digital cameras to see how the photos came out (testing for our holiday as I don't want to take my DSLR abroad!) and it didn't do too bad of a job so please excuse the slight less quality images. But however onto the outfit, I wanted to team my favourites items - striped shirts with my midi skirt but give it a twist. I found this old skull style scarf and used it as a belt and think it really adds a different edge yet classic style to the outfit.
